Therese Gopaul-Robinson, MPH

Therese started her career over 20 years ago as a secretary in a Medical Staff Office and since then has held multiple positions in healthcare, including Credentialing leadership roles with multisite healthcare facilities and top healthcare staffing organizations.

She is currently a consultant and keynote speaker based in Dallas, Texas. Her passion has led her to help several organizations push beyond “the norm” by focusing on understanding why back-office contributions matter, why their needs should be prioritized, and how simple changes in the way the back office is supported can lead to monumental long-term shifts that can positively impact not only an organization’s number but it’s people.
